TWE Computer Repair presently offers remote support via Zoom as quick as an email away.
- We send you an email link.
- You open the email link that we sent you (it may download a small app if you haven't used it before).
- Then you will join the meeting. Please don't add audio to the meeting as we usually work with you over the phone, and dualing audio is very difficult to discern.

Remote Support is available for any popular graphical OS including Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and IOS.

For Businesses:

For additional and / or regular support we can setup a Firewall (it is highly recommended to have one anyway) and a VPN connection on the edge of your network that allows us full access to your network. At this point we can dial in and perform almost any task needed on any connected computer as if we were at your location.
